Sports Medicine Physicians - OrthoOne Sports Medicine

Sports Medicine

Board-Certified Sports Medicine Physicians

People with active lifestyles are often at risk for sports-related injuries. Our board-certified and fellowship-trained sports medicine specialists can properly diagnose athletic injuries and provide treatments that restore your motion and get you back to your sport in even better shape than before.

We provide radiological testing and on-site medical supplies should you need a splint, brace, or cast applied. Our certified athletic trainers are available to advise you on taking care of your injury, not only now, but also in the future for preventative care. We have athletic trainers currently serving Houston High School and Collierville High School.

Shoulder

As the most movable joint in the body, the shoulder is also one of the most potentially unstable joints. As a result, it is the site of many common problems.

The shoulder joint is made up of bones held in place by muscles, tendons, and ligaments. Many shoulder problems are caused by the breakdown of soft tissues in the shoulder region. When it comes to treating this complex joint, our shoulder surgeons are “head and shoulders” above the rest.

  • Shoulder Instability
  • Shoulder Dislocations
  • Rotator Cuff Tears
  • Labral (SLAP) Tears of the Shoulder

  • Arthroscopic Shoulder Instability Surgery
  • Arthroscopic Shoulder Labral Tear Surgery (SLAP)

Our elbow surgeons have vast experience diagnosing and treating all kinds of elbow injuries.
