What types of insurance does OrthoOne accept?
We accept the following insurance plans: all HealthChoice plans (Cigna, United, etc.), BHSG plans (Aetna, Humana, Coventry, etc.), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee and Mississippi and Medicare. Please contact your insurance to verify physician participation.

Who do you treat?
OrthoOne treats patients from age 2 to adults. Our comprehensive orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine treatment can help active people of virtually any age get back to what they enjoy.

How soon can you see me?
We promise to see patients within 24 hours of their initial contact with us. Our offices are strategically located to ensure convenience for every patient within our service area.

When will doctors be at each location?
Depending on surgery and emergency scheduling, each doctor’s schedule may change week to week, but a provider will be available at each location every day of the week.

How long will an office visit typically last?
Office visit times vary from patient to patient, but we are committed to seeing and treating you as soon as possible. Most patients typically spend 30-60 minutes total in our office.

Does your office supply orthopaedic equipment, such as braces?
Yes.

In what areas of practice do you specialize?
The physicians at OrthoOne specialize in the treatment of injuries to bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and cartilage. Some injuries or ailments require surgery, and our talented team of Board Certified Surgeons can care for those more serious injuries. We can also help you effectively rehab injuries to prevent them from occurring again.

Will you be on call in the event of an emergency?
Yes, as allowed by specific insurance plans.

Do you prescribe medication?
Yes.
